Martin County Single and Multi-Family Housing Program
Martin County created this housing tax abatement program to encourage decent, safe and sanitary housing options for residents and job seekers in the County, and to alleviate a housing shortage. The incentive for the construction of new owner occupied and rental housing units is that they are eligible to receive up to 100% of the County’s share of property taxes on the new construction value annually for 10 years.
