Ingleside
Ingleside is a family-owned 42 unit assisted living facility located on the south end of Fairmont near Hall Lake. Ingleside completed an expansion by adding twenty memory care and care suites to its senior living solutions offered in Fairmont. The project created an additional 13 FTEs. The City assisted the project by using Tax Increment Financing to help finance a portion of the project.
