Success Stories

Commodity Services, a professional transportation management service, redeveloped the corner of Albion Avenue and State Street with a 12,000 square foot office complex.  This newly constructed space has allowed for Commodity Services and other two tenants to expand, which allows for their former offices spaces to be made available to existing and start-up businesses.  This project was assisted by the City of Fairmont by using Tax Increment Financing to finance a portion of the project.  Currently, the entire 12,000 square foot building is occupied.
