Virtual Building

For prospective business tenants considering new construction, but looking to save money by not hiring a structural engineer, Fairmont has a virtual spec building designed and ready for construction. A 75,000 square foot design, with 24-foot clearance, the precast concrete structure is expandable to 100,000 square feet. The tailor-made interior can be configured to suit your specific needs, whether it’s a 5,000 square foot office plan or 10,000. A three-dock door is optional and there are accommodations for over 75 parking spaces.
